Guidelines:

• The recipient(s) shall be a graduating senior.

• The recipient(s) shall have been involved in the Fine Arts program (bands, orchestra, choir, backstage, etc.). An emphasis on any aspect of Theatre Productions will be given added consideration.

• The recipient shall show evidence of furthering his/her education in a higher learning institution.

• The recipient(s) shall exhibit personal traits of courage, poise, self-confidence and good citizenship.

• The recipient(s) shall have maintained an academic minimum of a "C" average.

• The recipient(s) shall be chosen by a majority vote of the selection committee.

• Each scholarship will be in the amount of $1,000, which will be funded by the interest earned on the principal investment of the scholarship fund. The number of scholarships will be determined by Mr. & Mrs. Bruce Cole or their designees.

• A check in the amount of $1,000 will be made payable to the recipient(s) upon presentation of proof of registration at a higher learning institution (tuition receipt, class schedule, etc.)

• An individual plaque acknowledging the award will be presented to each recipient.

• Each recipient's name will appear on a continuing plaque at the school to commemorate the annual award.

• The scholarship recipient(s) will be kept confidential until announced at the annual Senior Awards Ceremony where the award(s) will be presented by Mr. & Mrs. Cole.
